I really love Tomatoes

With the garden in full swing, I am absolutely loving the bounty of food that is overflowing for Camille and I.  On a daily basis, I can walk out to the garden and pick a host of herbs and veggies to add to a meal.  Fresh food from one’s own garden is magic beyond just nutrition.  It is the root of ones connection to the place they live.

Wild Salmon w/ Blueberry Salsa

In this video, I merge 2 of my favorite foods, salmon and blueberries, for a dish that gives me great delight.  I first paired these 2 highly medicinal foods when I was working in Alaska in the summer of 2000.  Once summer time rolls around in Alaska, salmon and blueberries become staple foods.
